We're a family owned business founded by two brothers with over 15 years experience in the concrete coating industry.

After years of specialising in decorative concrete, concrete protection, concrete resurfacing and epoxy flooring, we decided it was time to start our own business with the goal to deliver premium finishes backed up by quality workmanship, honest service and attention to detail.

We are based in Melbourne and are delivering projects Australia wide. We use premium products and proven techniques to create durable long lasting surfaces for residential, commercial and industrial spaces. We are committed to doing every job right and treating every job as if it were our own.

The one most people don't know

Most of our finishes go straight over your existing tiles.

Epoxy, flake, metallic and micro cement will all bond over sound, well-stuck tiles once the surface has been prepped and primed properly. That means no jackhammer, no skip bin sitting in the driveway for a week, and no dust storm through the house.

It usually saves days off the job and a decent chunk off the bill. When we inspect we'll tell you straight whether your tiles are suitable — and if they're drummy or lifting, we'll say so rather than coat over a problem.

Our process

How a job runs.

Four stages, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    Assess & quote

    We come out and look at the actual substrate — moisture, cracks, coverings, what's underneath. We talk through what you want the space to do, then put a clear written quote in front of you. Free, and no obligation.

  2. 02

    Prep the surface

    Grinding, patching, crack repair and treatment. This is the part nobody ever sees, and it's the part that decides whether the floor lasts two years or twenty. We don't shortcut it.

  3. 03

    Product installation

    The system goes down — base coat, flake broadcast, metallic pour or polish, depending on the finish. Laid to the manufacturer's spec, at the right temperature, in the right window.

  4. 04

    Final coat

    The topcoat seals it, sets the sheen and locks the finish in. We clean up, take our gear with us, and leave you with clear timings — when you can walk on it, and when it's ready for furniture or vehicles. From there the floor just needs time to cure.

Common questions.

Can you really coat straight over my existing tiles?

In most cases, yes. Epoxy, flake, metallic and micro cement will all bond over tiles that are sound and well stuck down, once we've prepped and primed them properly. It saves you the demolition, the skip bin and days of mess. We confirm it's suitable when we inspect — and if the tiles are drummy or lifting, we'll tell you straight rather than coat over a problem.

How long does a floor take?

Most residential jobs run two to four days from prep through to final coat. Larger commercial and industrial floors depend on the area and how much work the slab needs first. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote, not a guess.

When can I walk on it, and when can I park on it?

Usually light foot traffic after about 24 hours, and vehicles after roughly five to seven days — it varies with the system and the weather. We give you the exact cure times for your floor before we leave site.

Is an epoxy floor slippery?

It doesn't have to be. Flake finishes have natural texture and grip, and we can add anti-slip additives to any coating. Tell us how the space gets used — garage, kitchen, wet area, warehouse — and we'll spec the right level of slip resistance for it.

What does it cost?

It comes down to the size of the area, the finish you choose and the condition of the slab underneath. That's exactly why we inspect before quoting instead of throwing a number down the phone. The quote is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single garage is just as welcome as a warehouse, and it gets the same prep and the same products.

Do you travel outside Melbourne?

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Clear the space as much as you can and make sure we have power and access. If there's old carpet, tile or vinyl to come up, we can handle that too — just say so when you enquire so we allow for it in the quote.
